The filling principle used in this machine is timing filling. The main working process is: the front stopper of the bottle washer is extended, and the bottle enters the bottle washer under the transmission of the conveyor belt. When the inlet of the bottle washer is counted to 8 bottles, the inlet cylinder of the bottle washer protrudes and the clamp The bottleneck cylinder clamps the bottle, flips the cylinder to clamp the bottle and flips it 180 degrees so that the bottle mouth is directed downwards to the nozzle, and the bottle starts. When the bottle is finished, the cylinder is turned back 180 degrees, the bottleneck cylinder is loosened, and the cylinder is discharged. Retracted, the conveyor belt delivers the bottle to the filling site.
During filling, the front and rear cylinders of the conveyor belt protrude and clamp the bottle, the cylinder of the fixed bottle protrudes to clamp the bottle neck, the filling valve opens, and the filling starts. When the filling time reaches the set time, the filling valve closes and the bottleneck cylinder is closed. Retracted, the front cylinder is retracted, and the bottle is transported by the conveyor belt to the next capping station.
When the cap is screwed, the bottle first enters a six-point splitter puller, and a cap is taken from the lower end of the lower cover slide. The bottle is used to fasten the lid to the bottle, and the cap is screwed to the bottle.
