PE film shrink wrapping machine can use the PE film shrink 12 bottle, 6 bottle or 24 bottle and so on size pack together. Machine working process is bottle Feeding→ pushing bottles→ film covering and sealing→ shrinking→ cooling
Feeding→ pushing bottles→ film covering and sealing→ shrinking→ cooling
Feeding: The bottles enter into conveyor trough of sealing machine, on the conveyor trough there are adjustable guard-rail. The feeding will stop when the bottle arrived to the set position.
Pushing bottles: After the bottles arrived to the pushing platform, the pushing cylinder will work at the same time to push the bottles over the sealing-cutting line.
Cover film and sealing: After bottles pushed over the sealing-cutting line, the upper pressing device will press the bottles, this process will protect the bottles falling. After pushing cylinder return, the film sealing cylinder and film cutting cylinder will work together to finish the film covering and sealing process.
Shrink: After finishing the film covering the bottles will enter to the shrinking tunnel.
Cooling: After shrinking, the bottles will enter into the cooling device which installed on the end part, then enter into the stock shelf and waiting for stacking.
The film covering and sealing device adopt advanced heat sealing and heat cutting structure, with advantages of sealing firmly, neat edge and good joined performance.
The sealing and cutting part driver by cylinder, with guide columns at both ends, which can guarantee the process steadily and steadily.
Special protection function: when obstruction on the sealing and cutting position, the equipment will be prevent and alarming at the same time to protect the package from damaged.
Feeding trough adopts flat feeding type.
The heating part adopts high-quality stainless steel cooling fin, with advantage of steady & homogeneous heat dissipation and long use life.
PID temperature controller: accurate and energy-saving.
The whole equipment controlled by automatic controller, with steady and reliable production, can apply to working long hours and non-stop.
Choosing generic brand components, unify specification can be random exchange.
Using PLC programmable control system which guarantee exact and steady packaging process.
The shrinking part adopts Sino-German Bader motor, the feeding speed can be adjustable to achieve the good packaging effect.
Touch screen control, make the equipment into the high-precision intelligent state. All movements are subject to monitoring, all alarm and PC state will displayed on the touch screen, which make the equipment more safe and reliable.
